Fruit Smoothies

Juice from 1 orange
4 Tbsp Greek yogurt or regular yogurt
Frozen or fresh fruit of your choice
Ice, only if you used fresh fruits

Blueberry Banana


1 banana
1 cup frozen blueberries
4 Tbsp plain yogurt
Juice from 1 orange
