- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
To use:
Coat your meat and vegetables lightly with olive oil, then coat with the dry mix to prepare for cooking.
*I used 3 tsp of mix for 1 pound of steak.
*You do NOT need to add any water or liquids.
